Insulation & building inspection pending rough plumbing inspection
Plumbing - shower and tub valves on going, plumbing inspection
Sprinkler - 3rd floor dry system ongoing
Site - Scheduled to cap, pressure test, chlorinate, flush with city of Wellesley
Electric - Start switch gear, installing recessed light brackets

Week of 5/12/25:

Insulation - Start level #2 insulation pending plumbing & building insulation
Coordinate between MEP roughs for garage
Sheetrock pending insulation & inspections level #2
Gutter / Downspouts - scheduled to start

Week of 5/17/25:

Insulation, sheetrock, gypcrete level #2 pending plumbing inspection
Deliver last load cabinets
Scheduled to have HVAC equipment delivered to site
